If a customer wants to return an item Pure Glamour has a 7 day return policy providing that the item is unworn and in perfect condition and returned in its original packaging and suitable for resale.

We do not refund, however, an exchange or a credit note will be issued.

Sales items are non-refundable.

A refund will not be possible if the item/items arrive damaged as a result of the original packaging not being used, in these cases the item/s will be returned to you.

We do not accept returns on hats and earrings for hygiene purposes.

Payment will be refunded upon receiving the goods in the condition stated above.

Any faults on goods purchased must be returned within 7 days of purchase and reported within 24 hours of receipt of goods. Please email to pamela@pure-glamour.com or call 07717 651208 to report a fault.

For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the item/s to us. When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Upon receipt of items returned as faulty, Pure Glamour will arrange for an exchange. Pure Glamour decision is final.

Any refunds due will be processed back onto the original card used for payment usually within 14 working days.

We stand by the quality of all our merchandise. If a product breaks and is a manufacturing fault, we will repair or exchange it. Please send it back for repair. Some pieces can be repaired locally and others have to be sent back to the designers overseas for repair. Please allow up to 8 weeks for repairs of an item that must be returned overseas.

Shipping charges and UK returns are non-refundable and must be paid by the purchaser; Pure Glamour cannot be responsible for return merchandise. We therefore recommend that you insure all parcels.

We have the right to change terms and conditions at any time without notice.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
