Returns Policy
Pure Glamour offers a 30-day money back guarantee on your purchases. If for any reason you need to return an item, please email pure-glamour@hotmail.co.uk for a return reference number. Refunds will only be made upon the product being returned in perfect condition, unworn and suitable for re-sale.
Refund payments will only be made to the original card the items were purchased with. This is to protect our customers from card fraud.
Upon receiving a return reference number, please package the item securely with padding and return to the address below by a registered form of postal. You will also need to include a copy of your receipt, which you will receive by email upon the acceptance of your order.
Pure Glamour Address
Should the item you have purchased be returned due to a fault or an error of product, Pure Glamour will refund any delivery charges. This return of delivery charge will not apply if there is not a fault or error made.
Your statutory rights are not affected by the Pure Glamour return policy.
