UK Customers

Standard recorded delivery (2-3 working day) - £5.50.

International Customers

Standard Airmail to Europe and the rest of the world - £15.00.

General Information

A signature will be required on receipt of goods.

Please be aware we do not deliver on bank holidays.

Please allow 3-7 days from point of order to delivery.

All orders are dispatched via the most suitable carrier depending on size and weight.

We are unable to leave a parcel unless prior arrangements have been made. This is the responsibility of the purchaser.

Pure Glamour only accepts orders for products that are in stock. With the following conditions:
Payment is accepted and billing address verified
Delivery address is verified and confirmed. Please note that should your first order request a different delivery address to the card billing address, delays may occur while we confirm these details with you.
Delays may be caused by external influences

Please note: Unfortunately we are not currently able to deliver to P.O box or freight forwarding addresses.

International Duty and Customs

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

Once your parcel has arrived in your country, it will be passed on to an internal postal service, according to standard delivery procedures. If you aren't available when your parcel is delivered, the delivery driver will leave a calling card with instructions on how to pick it up.
